Win Big Bids is an active government and corporate contracting operation not a classroom. Every day our team finds bid opportunities, writes proposals, and submits contracts for real clients. As an apprentice, you work inside that operation and get paid for the hours you put in.
Eligibility Requirement
Full-time student enrollment is required. You must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited school, college, university, or vocational program. Proof of enrollment is verified at onboarding and each semester.
Remote position , reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace required.
Find Bids
Search government and corporate portals for active solicitations. Enter qualified bids into our AI pipeline.
Write Proposals
Use WBB templates and checklists to write and format professional proposals for real contract opportunities.
Admin Support
Support SOPs, workflows, reports, and client communications. Build skills that transfer to any professional role.

Level 1 — Bid Researcher
$12–$15/hr
Find and qualify bid opportunities. Complete BidBot intake. Maintain pipeline records. Build the foundation.
Level 2 — Proposal Support Specialist
$12–$15/hr
Write proposal sections. Compile submission packages. Assist with compliance checks. Draft client-facing documents for review.
Level 3 — Senior Apprentice
$12–$15/hr
Full proposal production. Administrative project leadership. SOP development. Support for WBB Operations with minimal supervision.
Paid By The Hour
$12–$15/hr

Top-performing Level 3 Apprentices who graduate may be considered for advancement into the Win Big Bids Small Business Development Program where commission-based work leads toward the Blueprint Program.
