ELIGIBILITY
The Win Big Bids Capital Program is offered exclusively under SEC Regulation D, Rule 506(c), a federal securities exemption that limits participation to verified Accredited Investors. This is not a restriction we created arbitrarily. It is a federal legal requirement, and it protects both you and the program.
Why Accreditation Matters

Under Reg D 506(c), we are legally prohibited from accepting funds from non-accredited investors. Doing so would constitute an unregistered securities violation with consequences for both the issuer and the investor.

Accreditation standards exist because private placements carry risk that isn't present in publicly traded securities. The SEC requires that participants have the financial capacity to absorb potential losses without catastrophic personal impact.

HOW TO QUALIFY
The SEC defines an Accredited Investor under Rule 501 of Regulation D. You qualify if you meet any one of the following criteria:

Accreditation is a financial milestone, not a locked door. Here are legitimate ways to work toward qualifying:

Build investment assets
Max out tax-advantaged accounts (401k, IRA, HSA), invest consistently in brokerage accounts, and build business equity. These all count toward net worth.

Grow income strategically
Consulting revenue, rental income, and business distributions all count toward the income test. Two consecutive qualifying years are required.

Obtain a qualifying license
The Series 65 exam (Investment Adviser) can be taken without employer sponsorship and qualifies you immediately regardless of income or net worth.

Grow revenue through the Win Big Bids SBDP
Consistent contract wins and business income earned through the Win Big Bids Small Business Development Program (SBDP) count toward the income test over time. Building a winning bid pipeline is one of the most direct ways to grow the income that qualifies you.
Under Reg D 506(c), we are required to independently verify your accreditation, self-certification is not sufficient. Here is the process:

Submit your application
Complete the Capital Program application with your contact info, intended pledge amount, and bid preferences.

Complete accreditation verification
You'll be directed to a third-party verification service. You may provide tax returns, W-2s, brokerage statements, or a letter from your CPA or attorney.

Execute the Capital Agreement
Once verified, you'll sign the Win Big Bids Capital Agreement, formalize your pledge, and select your bid categories.

Begin receiving opportunities
Matched opportunities are sent by email. Fund within 48 hours to participate. You get paid when the contract pays out.
