Our Founder
Alison Etinoff, Founder and President of Win Big Bids
My name is Alison Etinoff, and I started where a lot of people start: on someone else's payroll.
I was a Junior Consultant at an engineering firm making $67,000 a year. From that seat, I saw the ins and outs of government contracts. I saw who won, who lost, and why. After two years, I stepped out on my own. In my first year in business, at 29 years old, I won over $320,000 in government contracts.
That first year taught me the lesson that built this company. Today, operations remain the heart of what we do. Water and utility meter deployment is where we prove it, and it keeps everything we teach grounded in real execution.
This work is ministry to us. We believe favor is real, and we believe it meets you when you are prepared to receive it. Our job is to make sure you are ready: registered, positioned, partnered, and equipped to deliver.
